Freddie Lowe of Atlanta passed Sept.  2. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 4pm at Rw Andrews Mortuary Chapel. Public viewing Friday 1-5pm at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to assemble at 3pm at the residence on day of Service. Rw Andrews Mortuary, Eastpoint
