Ovincent Plowden 60 of Atlanta passed Dec. 23. Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 11, 2020 at 2pm at Rw Andrews Mortuary Chapel. Public viewing Friday Jan. 10, 2020 12-6 at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the chapel at 1:45pm on day of Service. Rw Andrews Mortuary, Eastpoint
