Felton Barnes 63 of Atlanta passed Dec. 30. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 12noon at Refuge Temple Ministries Inc. 105 Joseph E. Lowery Blvd. Sw Atlanta. Bishop Dr. Elijah Solomon pastor with remains instate at the church at 11a.m. interment Carver Memorial Gardens. Public Viewing Friday 12-7 at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 11a.m. on day of Service. Rw Andrews Mortuary, Eastpoint
